I am deeply honored to have been selected as a 2024–25 Individual Fellow by the Arkansas Arts Council.
We came together in Little Rock, gathering at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center to celebrate alongside friends, family, and fellow artists. Representing four artistic disciplines, the fellowship recipients reflected the breadth of creativity across Arkansas.
The fellowship honors “…the extensive talent here in Arkansas and offers highly flexible support for artists to continue their individual contributions.” To be recognized in this way is both humbling and energizing.
Moments like this serve as quiet markers along the path—reminders to keep going, to keep making, and to trust in the work. I’m sincerely grateful to the Arkansas Arts Council for this support.
